We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who can manage a project from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for creating milestone schedules, coming up with accurate manpower estimates and preparing technical summary reports. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget.
The role:
Projects Coordinator – will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project schedules and monitor project progress
- Managing in-house resources
- Liaising with clients prior, during and after project launch
- Gathering of business and functional requirements
- Coordinating incoming support incidents
- Ensuring smooth execution of projects
- Helping in proposal preparation
Essential Requirements:
Projects Coordinator – needs to have:
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in a project management role and/or environment
- Good knowledge of web and digital platforms
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Project Management Tools
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to details and be a good team player
